(a) No person bound by this Code of Conduct shall engage in disorderly or improper conduct or behavior.

(b) A person who engages in disorderly or improper conduct or behavior breaches this Code of Conduct.

(c) Disorderly or improper conduct or behavior includes, but is not restricted to, a person:

(i) assaulting or attempting to assault, or abusing, either orally or physically, an umpire, player or spectator;
(ii) reacting in a provocative manner towards an umpire and other players;
(iii) using crude or abusive language, or hand signals or other gestures (including but not limited to ridicule or discouragement from spectators or coaches);
(iv) engaging in any form of conduct or behavior (including posting comments or other material on social media) detrimental to the spirit of the game or likely to bring the game into disrepute; or
(v) refusing to supply that person’s name and that person’s address when required by another person who is lodging a report

(d) The parent(s)/guardian ensures that the player comply with the Code of Conduct.

(e) The parent(s)/guardian of the player breaches the Code of Conduct if the player engages in continuing disorderly or improper conduct or behavior.

(f) The player and the parent(s)/guardian of the player shall not engage in any conduct, act towards or speak to any other person in a manner which offends, insults, humiliates or vilifies such person on the basis of that person’s race, religion, colour, descent, ethnic origin, or ability.

(g) The player and the parent(s)/guardian of the player shall not consume alcohol or any prohibited substance during travel to and from matches, at matches, or in accommodation in the presence of underage persons.

(h) This Code does not restrict any other action which may be taken in relation to the conduct covered by this Code under the Cricket Australia Code of Conduct.

(i) Trikon reserves the right to select and alter the decision of Power Player(s) who will be attending MCG as a part of Power Player program.

(j) Trikon will revoke all benefits of the Power Player who is found to be involved in breach of the terms and code of conduct of Trikon Power Player program.

(k) Trikon may discontinue Power Player program at it's discretion by giving a written notice to Trikon Power Players.

(l) Trikon Power Player must send a written notice to Trikon at [email protected] if they wish to discontinue to be associated with Trikon and its program.
