Trikon is a boutique telcommunications company offering a suite of business phone systems and services for businesses.
Any business can purchase Trikon's products. However in order to earn Velocity Points for your business via Trikon, a valid ABN is required to link your Velocity Business account to Trikon.
Go to the Trikon website www.trikon.com.au and select the plan and complete the online form to start the process for your business. Alternatively make an enquiry on the Trikon website via the online chat or call on 1300 874 566.
. If you are a new Trikon customer, but not a Velocity Business member, you will have the opportunity to join the Velocity Business program when receive your digital contract. Simply tick the ""Join"" and complete your application using your ABN as your unique reference.
. If you are a new customer and an existing Velocity Business member, you will have the opportunity to link your Velocity Business account before you sign your Trikon contract. Simply select the ""Link my account"" option and ensure you enter in the ABN associated with your Velocity Business account to link your Trikon account.
. If you are an exisiting Trikon customer and would like to earn Velocity Points on your monthly billing, contact Trikon via the online chat located on the Trikon website or call the Trikon customer service team on 1300 874 566 and they will assist you. You will need the ABN associated with your Business to join the Velocity Business program.
Velocity Points for your business will appear in the Velocity Business Rewards Portal.
Please allow up to 30 business days for your Velocity Points to be reflected in the Velocity Business Rewards Portal. If your Points are still not showing after 30 business days, please email [email protected] with your Trikon account and purchase or billing payment details and your ABN and they will investigate.
Yes. Velocity Business Members can also transfer Velocity Points to the account of an eligible employee, who is also a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Please note there is a minimum point transfer of 3,000 Points.
As a Velocity Business and a Trikon customer you can earn:

1. 1 Velocity Point for your business for every $1 of eligible telephone system hardware (PABX or Cloud Phone Systems) you acquire in a new contract or contract renewal with Trikon; and
2. 1 Velocity Point for your business for every $1 spent on eligible monthly billing for ongoing access to telecommunications services with Trikon.
