Note: Early termination charges will be applicable towards your account in accordance with your contractual terms and our standard form of agreement. Please coordinate with our Customer relations team for further details. Please note that termination charges will be applicable even after the completion of your port out and will require settlement on mutual grounds to conclude all contractual responsibilities

Equipment Rental Agreements

If you have a separate equipment rental agreement, it will remain active until it is formally closed. Ending an active rental agreement requires payment of the remaining balance under that agreement.
