• The introductory offer is applicable to:
  • Individuals who we deem to not have breached the terms and conditions of our offer.
  • Individuals who do not have any pre-existing data agreements with Trikon Pty Ltd.
  • Individuals who Trikon Pty Ltd do not ascertain as a credit risk.

Offer details and conditions

• Opt for Trikon NBN in concurrence with your Melbourne Renegades membership plan, and receive a $10 discount on your Renegades membership.
• NBN offer plans shall also include discounts in line with the designated speed tier of choice.
• Redeeming the NBN offer plan will allow members to automatically enter into a draw to win an official Renegades match jersey.
• All new offer redemption requests are to be submitted independently and exclusively per person. Multiple applications by the same individuals will not be considered valid.
• Discounts applied on membership and NBN plans are for indvidual accounts only and cannot be transferred to separate accounts.
• Individuals opting for Trikon NBN in conjunction with their Renegades membership plan will automatically be entered into a raffle draw on November 30th 2021 to win an official Melbourne Rengades jersey. Details of the same will be immediately communicated upon Select Plan.

General information

• Participating individuals consent to us utilizing their information and feedback for research & development of marketing strategies moving forward as we deem fit.
• In the event of any dispute with regards to the offer plan, Trikon Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine which course of corrective action to take in relation to the dispute.
• Trikon reserves the right at any stage to verify the authenticity of the offer plan subscription. Trikon also maintains the right to withdraw the offer plan to any applicant whose request is not in accordance with our terms and conditions.
• Trikon will not be held liable for any liability apart from those that cannot be excluded by law during the provision of service. This includes and is not limited to any liability by way of personal injury, service related faults (regardless of whether they can be attributed towards Trikon) and damage to service and equipment by way of theft or third party interference.

• if you do not supply the information we request on our Application, we may not be able to provide the Services or the Equipment to you;

  • (i) to assess any Application by you for Services to be provided by us;(ii) to collect payments that are overdue in respect of any services provided by us;(iii) to provide the services, including the investigation or resolution of disputes relating to any services provided toyou; and(iv) to send commercial electronic messages.
• we will disclose or transfer your Personal Information or business information:
  • (i) to our Suppliers for the purpose of enabling us to provide the Services or the Bundled Package to you (including the investigation and resolution of disputes or complaints concerning the provision of the Services);(ii) to our Suppliers about your account, including particulars of calls and call charges;(iii) to any of our Related Body Corporate;
• If you do not want us to use your Personal Information or business information in this way, you may ask us not to by contacting our customer service team.We will provide you with access to most Personal Information or business information that we have about you, but sometimes that will not be possible,in which case we will tell you why.
